02· Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?+
Our MOQ is 50 units for most products (mailer boxes, shipping boxes) and 100 units for poly mailers, tissue paper, business cards, packaging inserts, and stickers.
How do I place an order?+
Submit a quote request on our Get a Quote page. We respond within 4 business hours with pricing and specs. Once you approve, we send a free digital proof within 24h, and production begins after your approval.
Can I order multiple products together?+
Yes. We handle multi-product orders all the time. Just note it in your quote request and we'll combine shipping where possible.
Do you have a catalog or sample packs?+
Yes — request a free physical sample kit on our Free Samples page. We ship unbranded samples of all major product types so you can assess material and print quality before committing.
Can I reorder using the same design?+
Absolutely. We store your approved files. Reorders use the same artwork, same specs — just let us know the quantity and we'll turn around a quote same day.
03· Design & Artwork
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and PSD files. Files must be at least 300 DPI at final print size, in CMYK color mode, with 3mm bleed on all sides.
Do you offer design services?+
We don't offer in-house design, but we provide free dieline templates for every product. Most customers use a freelance designer or Canva with our template, then send us the finished file.
What is a digital proof and is it really free?+
Yes, always free. A digital proof is a PDF showing exactly how your artwork will look printed on the final product — with dimensions, bleeds, and fold lines. We send it within 24h of order confirmation. Production only starts after you approve.
What happens if my colors don't match?+
We offer a color-matched guarantee. If the final product has significant color deviation from the approved proof, we reprint at no charge.
04· Production & Shipping
How long does production take?+
Standard turnaround is 8–10 business days after proof approval. Rush production (6–7 business days) is available for most products at an additional charge.
How long does shipping take?+
Express shipping to the US takes 5–8 business days. To Canada and UK, 7–12 days. To Australia and Europe, 10–14 days.
Do you ship to my country?+
We ship to 50+ countries. If your country isn't listed, contact us — we often have solutions for unlisted destinations.
Can you ship directly to my 3PL or warehouse?+
Yes. Just provide the 3PL address in your order. We include packing lists and can adapt labeling to most 3PL requirements.

Why are you cheaper than Packlane and Vistaprint?+
We're factory-direct from Shenzhen — we work with the manufacturers directly, with no distributor or middleman in between.
Are your prices on the website final?+
The prices shown are estimates for standard sizes and finishes. Final price depends on your exact size, material, finish, and quantity.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer (ACH/wire), and PayPal. Net-30 terms are available for agencies and established accounts.
Do you charge setup or plate fees?+
No setup fees, no plate fees, ever. The quoted price is the total price.
